Shredders - Paper:  Shredding Machines have been the main stay of our production for many years in either standard or bespoke form and we are able to offer the customer machines ranging from 300mm to 2500mm wide cutting width with a variety of cutter sizes from 1mm to 100mm plus. All Shredding Machines can be fitted with CROSS WIDTH CUTTING DRUMS to cut shredded material to any required lengths. We have many standard machines operating in the Security Shredding and Animal Bedding industry but if you require a shredder for just Waste Reduction or Tyre Shredding etc. then we offer a range of Heavy Duty Contra-Rotating hook knife Shredders. We can also supply infeed and outfeed conveyor systems to suit all applications.   Shredders - Cardboard:  Above: Wilki Shredding Machine installed at ECO-BED Ltd with a cutting width of 2500mm and a strip width of 12mm. This machine allows full size cardboard sheet to be shredded whole without the need to pre-cut the sheets. The shredded strips are then processed through a separate copping unit and transported through a dust extraction system to a baler shown above left. We are able to manufacture Compact Cardboard Bedding Systems of all sizes and production levels to suit many different Recycling applications e.g. ANIMAL BEDDING, PACKAGING, HORTICULTURE etc.  Recycle for tomorrow. |
