Air Conveying & Dust Extraction

We use a combination of Air Conveying and Dust Extraction in our Anima Beddingl Systems as standard equipment. We can also supply this machinery for a variety of applications where there is a requirement for moving material in an airstream, along with removing dust and small particles to keep the working environment clean and complying with the latest Health and Safety regulations.

Air Conveying

Air conveying is a process by which a suitable material is sucked into an airstream at the point of collection and transported via a system of metal ducting to another location. These systems include:

Chopper Fans
Rotary Air & Dust Separators
Dust Collection & Bagging

Dust Extraction

Dust Extraction is an end of line process by which all the air is filtered and the dust particles are collected in easy to handle plastic bags. The collection systems which we use on our Wilki MINI and MAXI animal bedding systems are manufactured by Fercell a leading company in this field.
